C/2017 S3 (Panstarrs)

120mm f/5, 100x, Bortle 6+, NELM 5m.0+, SQM-L 19.6
Conditions in the target region: NELM 4m6+
Observation on 2018-07-06 at 22:45 UT. Possibly a mis-sighting! Close to a 10.6 mag star. At 100x still compact, at 200x seen as diffuse, round brightening.

C/2019 Y4 (Atlas)

152mm f/5.9, 100x, Bortle 6-, SQM-L 19.1
2020-03-18: At 22x relatively large, but dim and less condensed. Only the brighter center was visible. At 69x and 100x the comet was very prominent with averted vision, large, well condensed. The coma around the core was faintly visible. Very nice view together with the double star STF 1350. Note to the sketch: The positions of the stars to each other do not exactly match.

70mm f/5.7, 44x
2020-07-13: Nearly stellar nucleus with well defined coma and very long tail, which was crossed by a fine dark line near the nucleus.
