Both galaxies are visible and separated. NGC 3226 appears pretty faint, round, slightly condensed. NGC 3227 in comparison very faint, oval, evenly bright, barely visible with averted vision.

At 30x both galaxies already visible as very faint, elongated brightening.

NGC3226: At 133x roundish, well condensed with a quite compact center. Overall brighter than NGC3227.

NGC3227: At 133x slightly elongated, getting slightly brighter towards the middle. North of the center a stellar brightening was visible.

Both galaxies are quite well separated at low magnification. The more compact NGC3226 appeared roundish with fairly bright, compact core. NGC3227 appeared oval with brighter, nearly stellar center.

NGC 3227 ist indirekt ist eine kleine kompakte Aufhellung erkennbar, die ab und an immer wieder aufblitzt - ob NGC 3226 auch oder getrennt zu sehen war, vermag ich nicht zu sagen

NGC 3226: bei 32x indirekt leicht länglich zusammen mit NGC 3227 zu erkennen - bei 64x sind in dem länglichen Nebel zwei Kondensationen wahrnehmbar, NGC 3226 ist schwächer und kleiner

NGC 3227: bei 144x wirkt NGC 3227 deutlich größer und heller als die nördliche Nachbargalaxie

NGC 3226: bei 72x als heller gut von NGC 3227 getrennter Nebelfleck erkennbar - NGC 3226 ist rund bis leicht oval und hat ein quasistellares Zentrum - bei 144x wirkt NGC 3226 deutlich kleiner als die südliche Nachbargalaxie und sie hat ein viel schwächeres Zentrum

NGC 3227: bei 72x ein heller Nebelfleck mit nordsüdlicher Elongation und quasistellarem Zentrum - bei 144x wirkt NGC 3227 deutlich größer als die nördliche Nachbargalaxie

Only the two brightest members were visible. Both fairly well seen with averted vision. NGC3193 appeared roundish with brighter core, NGC3189 very elongated and nearly evenly bright, whereas only the brighter core was visible.

At 37x the two brightest members are clearly evident. NGC3179 is very elongated and shows at 100x an elongated, distinctly brighter core area. Dust lane wasn't seen, but galaxy appeared more sharply defined SW. NGC3193 is round with very bright, compact core. Much more difficult is NGC3187: Only at third attempt I was able to see it. At 171x very faint, very elongated, thin, evenly bright. Barely held with averted vision.

NGC 3187: bei 144x indirekt als ganz zarter Nebelschimmer erkennbar - kann auch länger gehalten werden

NGC 3190: bei 144x größer und heller als die nordöstlich stehende NGC 3193, leicht längliches Zentrum

NGC 3193: bei 144x südlich von einem Stern zu erkennen, kompakt mit hellem Zentrum

M65: Fairly thin, elongated, nearly evenly bright. Barely seen with direct vision. At 100x the core is brighter and seems also slightly elongated.

M66: A bit brighter than M65, oval with brighter core. Some apparent field stars at the edge of the galaxy. At 100x the oval core is evident.

NGC3628: Already seen at 28x as very faint nebula. At 75x fairly well seen with averted vision, faint, evenly bright, very elongated.

I mainly focused on NGC3628, but M65 & M66 were very easily seen of course. NGC3628 appeared elongated, without distinct core, slight darkening toward the edge. With averted vision I think I saw in one moment the dust lane, but not for sure. Due to nearby street lamps I wasn't able to get fully dark-adapted.

NGC3628: At 37x obviously elongated, evenly bright, moderately faint. At 100x dust lane seen with averted vision, which runs slightly diagonal. A wonderful view!

NGC 3628: ein mäßig gut definierter homogen heller Nebelstrich - Ausdehnung 4:1

M 65: bei 20x schmaler und schwächer sichtbar als die benachbarte M 66 - NS-Elongation - bei 71x wirkt die Galaxie ausgedehnter als M 66 und ist indirekt noch gut sichtbar

M 66: bei 20x mit leichter nordsüdlicher Ausdehnung erkennbar - stellares Zentrum - leichte Helligkeitsunterschiede - bei 71x wirkt die Galaxie, als ob sie sich um den hellen Stern im NW winden möchte

NGC 3628: bei 24x ist die Galaxie indirekt als OW-elongierte Aufhellung sichtbar - bei 49x bleibt sie weiter nur indirekt sichtbar, die Nordkante wirkt definierter und heller - bei 71x wird die Galaxie schon schwächer, so dass sie kaum noch sichtbar ist

NGC3746: Roundish (?), faint. Brighter and larger than NGC3748.

NGC3748: Faint, roundish, pretty small.

NGC3750: Located southwest of NGC3753. Difficult to separate from brighter NGC3753. Just visible as very faint, roundish brightening. Held with averted vision.

NGC3751: Most southern member of the group. Unfortunately for some reason I didn't tried this one.

NGC3753: Slightly elongated, rather evenly bright, pretty faint. Brightest and largest member of the group.

NGC3754: Northeast close to NGC3753. At 220x & 220x absolutely nothing was seen.

Conditions in the target region: SQM-L 21.0

NGC3745: Round, compact brightening. Anything but evident at 225x.

NGC3746: Evident, slightly oval, getting a bit brighter towards the middle. Still visible with direct vision.

NGC3748: Small, round brightening. Well seen with averted vision.

NGC3750: Roundish, condensed brightening. Almost visible with direct vision.

NGC3751: Most southern member of the group. Unfortunately for some reason I didn't tried this one.

NGC3753: Obviously oval/slightly elongated, getting brighter towards the middle. Still visible with direct vision.

NGC3754: Ziemlich schwache, rundliche Aufhellung dicht an NGC3753.
