DSS
© DSS II (red) - 5×5'
Name: IC418, PK215-24.1, Spirograph Nebula
Type: PN
Constellation: Lep
Coordinates: 05h27m28.20s / -12°41'50.27"
Brightness / Size: v9.3 mag / 0.2x0.2'
8" f/6, 171x, Bortle 4-
Already visible at low magnification as compact brightening. The 10.2m central star is most evident with direct vision. Around the central star I could see the nebula at 171x as slightly oval, narrow ring.
