A closer look shows on the DSS image two galaxies: UGC3995B is the larger and brighter one. NNW of the core you will find the much fainter, roundish UGC3995A. Both galaxies together are recorded as one object in the UGC.

Obviously oval, slight brightening toward the middle, but without distinct core.
